The role requires strong people-management and editorial expertise, plus a strategic, data-driven approach to prioritize work, optimize SEO, and drive measurable improvements across lifecycle content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a content, copywriting, or editorial team.
• Strong people-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Sharp organizational, prioritization, and planning instincts.
• A results-oriented, data-informed way of thinking.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Genuine curiosity about cybersecurity, privacy, and digital products.
• Know your way around digital marketing, especially SEO.
• Have worked with product, performance, UX, or lifecycle content.
• Have improved or scaled how a content team operates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of writers with clear goals, ownership, and performance expectations.
• Build workflows that sharpen planning and help the team run without constant supervision.
• Ensure content ships on time, at high quality, and moves the business forward.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize requests and keep the backlog realistic.
• Grow your people through regular feedback, coaching, and clear paths to leveling up.
• Monitor team performance and address capacity, process, or delivery issues early.
