Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a senior leader to drive the finance technology landscape across international markets from its Kraków office. You will own the roadmap, governance, and transformation programs, balancing global standards with local needs.

Lead cross-functional teams, oversee system design and testing, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliant, scalable financial processes and automation across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance technology.
• Hands-on experience as a SAP Consultant.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong expertise in enterprise finance systems including F&A, consolidation, fixed assets, taxation, period-end closing, multi-currency environments, and statutory reporting.
• Ability to lead solution design, requirements analysis, system configuration oversight, testing, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Defining and overseeing the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance model across international operations.
• Leading design and optimization of core financial processes for scalability, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Driving automation, digital innovation, data-driven decisions and process standardization.
• Collaborating with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Managing regional and global transformation initiatives, including system enhancements and deployments.
• Building and mentoring high-performing teams while coordinating external partners.
