Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Senior P2P Finance Applications Lead to design, operate, and continuously improve P2P capabilities within the FAST organization, with a focus on JD Edwards and related third‑party apps such as Coupa and Concur. You will drive close readiness, audit compliance, and effective controls across global finance operations.

In this role you will partner with IT delivery teams, vendors, and business functions to ensure scalable, controlled solutions, maintain runbooks, and lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in finance systems, P2P operations, JDE enablement, finance transformation, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, including AP, accruals, liabilities, supplier workflows, and P2P close dependencies.
• Hands-on experience with JDE finance modules and related third‑party applications or integrations, such as Coupa and Concur.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead P2P functional capabilities, including configuration, posting logic, and integrations.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and specifications.
• Support SOX compliance, audit readiness, and control evidence standards.
• Coordinate testing, release readiness, and cut-over activities for P2P changes.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, and data quality across locations.
