JDE Peet’s is seeking a Global AP Process Lead within GBS to own end-to-end accounts payable across markets and providers. You will drive standardization, governance and transformation to deliver a scalable, high-performing AP operating model.

You will lead transformation and automation initiatives, manage outsourced partners, and ensure controls, compliance and excellent supplier experience while partnering with stakeholders to drive operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related area.
• 10+ years of experience in Accounts Payable within a global, SSC, or GBS environment.
• Strong experience in global process ownership, governance, and standardization.
• Good knowledge of automation, digitalization and emerging technologies.
• Proven track record in leading process transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and delivering performance through effective governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for operational excellence, simplification, and innovation.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
