Vantive, a leading vital organ therapy company, seeks an JD Edwards Application Management Lead - O2C to enable and continuously improve finance application capabilities across order-to-cash processes. You will partner with Finance, IT, Data, and Controls to ensure stable operations, controlled change delivery, and readiness for close and audits.

Qualifications

• Strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash processes and related activities.
• Hands-on experience with JD Edwards configurations and data flows supporting O2C.
• Experience supporting revenue-impacting system logic, controls, testing, and change delivery.
• Proven ability to manage issue triage, root-cause analysis, and validation in finance systems.
• Knowledge of SOX controls, audit requirements, and financial reporting dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, knowledge transfer, and change delivery for O2C finance applications.
• Collaborate with IT delivery teams to ensure scalable, auditable finance solutions.
• Support transition enablement with clear ownership, documentation, and escalation paths.
• Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and evidence standards aligned to audits.
• Define KPIs and case-management approaches for stability and quality.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, release readiness, and deployment validation.
