JDE Peet’s is seeking a Global AP Process Lead to own end-to-end accounts payable across markets and outsourced service providers. You will drive the global AP agenda through process standardization, governance, and transformation, ensuring a scalable, efficient, and high-performing AP operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related area.
• 10+ years of experience in Accounts Payable within a global, SSC, or GBS environment.
• Experience in global process ownership, governance, and standardization.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and delivering performance through governance.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own the global AP process strategy, governance, and standards.
• Drive process standardization and harmonization across markets, GBS, and outsourced operations.
• Manage third-party service providers, ensuring performance and continuous improvement.
• Lead transformation and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, controls, and supplier experience.
• Own AP process performance, risk management, and compliance, partnering with stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
