Job summary

Haleon is seeking an experienced Operational Technology Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and optimize OT security across ICS, SCADA, DCS, and IIoT environments. You will lead deployment of new capabilities, provide BAU support, and mentor junior engineers while aligning with safety and continuous operation goals.

The role requires deep expertise in Claroty and Cisco industrial security technologies, plus strong scripting, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 8 years in IT or OT with at least 5 years in OT security.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, GICSP or IEC 62443 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize OT cybersecurity solutions with deep expertise in Claroty and Cisco technologies.
• Lead the deployment of new OT security capabilities across IT/OT environments.
• Provide BAU engineering support for OT security platforms and incident handling.
• Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and delivery teams to meet security requirements.
• Develop standards, baselines, and automation for OT security systems.
• Lead vulnerability management, patching, and security hardening activities for OT assets.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in OT security practices.
