Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA is seeking an Operational Technology Analyst to protect OT and ICS environments across plants and facilities in Poland. You will detect, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity incidents, collaborating closely with engineering, plant operations, and IT security teams to safeguard production and operations.

The role emphasizes containment, eradication, and recovery planning, threat hunting, and ongoing improvement of OT security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3–5 years of experience or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA, PLCs, and DCS.
• Knowledge of OT networks and industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC).
• Experience with incident response in industrial/critical infrastructure settings.
• Proficiency with tools for network monitoring, log analysis, and forensics.
• Excellent analytical and communicational skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Investigate security events and incidents in OT environments to determine root causes and scope.
• Develop containment, eradication, and recovery strategies for OT security incidents.
• Analyze network traffic and logs to detect threats targeting ICS/SCADA systems.
• Collaborate with plant engineers and operators to implement OT security controls.
• Create and maintain incident response playbooks tailored to OT environments.
• Participate in threat-hunting exercises to identify and mitigate OT risks.
• Provide OT security guidance to other teams and stakeholders.
• Stay current with OT threats and technologies to improve security posture.
