Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Solution Architect - Cyber Security, Cloud, Data & AI to design and deliver secure cloud, data, and AI architectures. You will translate business needs into robust, scalable security solutions and lead technology selection and implementation across hybrid environments.

The role requires deep expertise in cloud security, data protection, and AI security, with collaboration across architecture, engineering, data science, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity solution architecture for cloud, data, and AI security.
• Experience designing secure solutions in complex multi-cloud/hybrid environments.
• Expertise in cloud security (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), data protection, AI security.
• Product selection/evaluation for cloud, data, and AI security solutions.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with architecture, engineering, data science, AI, and delivery teams.
• Ability to translate strategies into practical, secure solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure architectures for cloud, data, and AI initiatives.
• Provide expert leadership in cybersecurity solutioning for cloud, data, and AI environments.
• Collaborate with business, IT, data science, AI, and delivery teams to translate needs into secure designs.
• Lead evaluation and integration of cybersecurity solutions for cloud, data, and AI.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation for cloud, data, and AI architectures.
• Ensure designs comply with governance, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support implementation and validation of secure cloud, data, and AI solutions.
• Contribute to incident response planning and resilience against AI-specific threats.
• Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
