Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Mobility and willingness to travel frequently.
- Driving license – category B.
- Experience with medical devices/products is mandatory; minimum of 3 years’ experience expected.
- Proactive, energetic, and responsible in achieving business goals.
Responsibilities
- The Senior Territory Manager will be responsible for sales and promotion of J&J Joints Reconstruction products within the healthcare services industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, surgeons and healthcare systems across Poland.
- Execute strategic sales plans, drive market development and achieve defined revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-based solutions to customers.
