Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Orthopaedics is seeking a Senior Territory Manager Spine in Poland to drive sales and promotion of our orthopedic products within the healthcare services industry. You will engage surgeons across specialties, build long-term relationships, and deliver clinical and economic value.

The role requires a university degree, fluent English, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel frequently within Poland.

Qualifications

• University degree, medical or related sciences preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop professional relationships with clients.
• Independent with good time management and travel flexibility.
• Fluent English language required.
• MD products experience and minimum 3 years in the field expected.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• The Senior Territory Manager will be responsible for sales and promotion of J&J Orthopedic products within the healthcare services industry.
• Build relationships with surgeons across specialties and deliver clinical/economic value.
• Meet sales targets and provide market feedback to teams.
• Frequent travel within Poland to customer sites and events.
