Job summary

Motorola Solutions Krakow is seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist to handle the full order cycle for internal and external customers, coordinating with Finance, Credit, Export control, product groups, PM’s, and sales to ensure on-time delivery.

You will support monthly close activities, provide training on intermediate processes, and act as a back-up across supply chain functions, including lead absence coverage. Strong English and multitasking are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle order entry, changes, and holds in coordination with finance, credit, export control, product groups, PMs and sales.
• Coordinate orders with other Supply Chain departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide Sales support with regards to order management and customer queries.
• Participate in monthly close activities and provide training for intermediate processes when needed.
• Act as a strong back-up to support all functions including lead absence coverage.
