Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o in Kraków is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to drive material planning, coordinate with Sales, and optimize ship dates for orders with a North American client base. The role requires adapting to second shift hours and collaborating across planning and product teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in material or supply planning, proficiency with Oracle ERP, and a solid data-analytics mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain.
• 3-5 years of related experience in material and supply planning.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP and G Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan material to drive shipsets and sales orders to the first ship date.
• Communicate risks and recovery actions to stakeholders.
• Develop planning for material allocation decisions.
• Communicate constraints to leadership and Sales for orders and forecasts.
• Predict delinquent backlog and drive improved ship date performance.
• Balance ocean and air deliveries for shipments.
• Use data analytics to support decision making.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and Product teams to resolve long lead-time or discontinued items.
