Job summary

SNI sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Oracle Siebel Consultant to join a long-term project for a leading telecommunications customer in Sweden. The role is hybrid with offices in Gdańsk or Wrocław, and potentially Katowice, Poznań, and other cities.

You will support and develop Oracle Siebel CRM solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work with Oracle databases and PL/SQL. Strong English skills and international teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Oracle CRM Siebel experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion.
• Experience with Oracle RODOD.
• Good knowledge of Oracle Database technologies.
• Hands-on PL/SQL development.
• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements.
• Fluent English and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintenance and development of Oracle Siebel CRM solutions
• Analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of application incidents and production issues
• Requirement analysis and collaboration with business stakeholders
• Design and implementation of system enhancements and change requests
• Working with Oracle databases and PL/SQL code
• Supporting integrations between CRM and surrounding enterprise systems
• Providing technical expertise for system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Cooperation with distributed international teams

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Siebel Consultant to join a long-term project for a leading telecommunications customer in Sweden.

Job details:

• Hybrid work
• Office location: Gdańsk or Wrocław preferred (Katowice / Poznań / Warszawa / Opole / Lublin / Kraków possible)
• Full-time
• Start date: ASAP
• End date: 31/12/2026 + extensions

The consultant will become part of a team of approximately 20 specialists located in Poland, with significant growth plans in the upcoming year. The role involves supporting and developing CRM solutions based on Oracle technologies, collaborating closely with business, development and integration teams.

Role responsibilities:

• Support, maintenance and development of Oracle Siebel CRM solutions
• Analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of application incidents and production issues
