Job summary

Fortive is seeking an Oracle HCM techno-functional analyst to perform hands-on configuration in Oracle HCM Cloud and provide daily support to business partners. You will analyze and provide SME-level expertise on system functionality and design, working to improve processes and reduce risks.

You will collaborate with SMEs, vendors, and stakeholders to define interfaces, support critical SRs, and drive improvements while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM techno-functional roles in large global companies.
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of technology or industry experience.
• Strong technical skills in HCM system extracts, API connectors, reporting, analytics, and documentation standards.
• Advanced experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and processes across Global HR, Compensation, and Talent Management.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on configuration setup in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Provide day-to-day techno-functional support to Oracle HCM business partners.
• Analyze and provide SME-level expertise related to application build and functionality of systems.
• Analyze business processes to identify strengths, weaknesses, inefficiencies, and risks for optimal design.
• Gather requirements, update configuration workbooks, and specify techno-functional designs.
