Job summary

Apex IT is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions for enterprise clients.

This role serves as the functional and solution architecture lead throughout the implementation lifecycle, partnering with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to deliver scalable, best-practice Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of Oracle HCM implementation experience.
• 7+ years of Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation experience.
• Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations as Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Solution Architect on enterprise implementations.
• Design end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions aligned with client objectives and Oracle best practices.
• Lead solution architecture across Payroll and related Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Compensation).
• Define implementation standards, governance, and solution design documentation.
• Present solution architecture to executive leadership and steering committees.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to manage scope, risks, timelines, and resources.
• Review technical designs for alignment with functional architecture.
