Job summary

Fortive seeks an experienced Oracle HCM techno-functional professional in Poland to configure, support, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud across Global HR, Compensation, and Talent Management. You will work with business partners and SMEs to design effective processes and interfaces.

You will develop design specifications, manage SRs with Oracle, and implement improvements while staying aligned with security and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Oracle HCM techno-functional experience, preferably in a large global company.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of technology or industry experience.
• Strong technical skills in HCM system extracts, API connectors, reporting, analytics, and documentation standards.
• Advanced experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configurations across Global HR, Compensation, Talent Management.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on configuration setup in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Provide day-to-day techno-functional support to Oracle HCM business partners.
• Analyze and provide SME-level expertise on application build and functionality.
• Design improvements by analyzing processes, risks, and inefficiencies.
• Develop techno-functional design specs and update configuration workbooks.
• Develop solutions using Oracle HCM functionalities to meet business needs.
• Resolve issues and defects, provide end-user support and best-practice guidance.
• Collaborate with Oracle on SRs and product enhancements.
• Coordinate with third parties to define and support system interfaces.
• Share knowledge and train colleagues; identify gaps and impacts of requirements.
