Job summary

Fortive in Poland seeks an Oracle HCM techno-functional professional to configure Oracle HCM Cloud and provide day-to-day support to business partners. The role requires analyzing and translating requirements into robust system designs, ensuring secure and compliant configurations across modules.

You will collaborate with SMEs and vendors to implement enhancements, manage system upgrades, and share knowledge with colleagues, while staying current with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years Oracle HCM techno-functional experience, preferably in a large global company.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of technology/industry experience.
• Experience with Oracle technologies like Approval Workflows, VBS Studio, Sandbox, HCM Design Studio, Flexfields, Fast Formulas, HDL, quarterly updates, CWB patches.
• Strong technical skills in HCM system extracts, API Connectors, reporting & analytics, and documentation standards.
• Advanced experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configurations across Global HR, Compensation, Talent Management.
• Strong collaboration with SMEs and business users to drive requirements and defend systems capabilities.
• Strong negotiation skills when developing requirements and defending system capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on configuration setup in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Provide day-to-day techno-functional support to Oracle HCM business partners.
• Analyze and provide SME-related expertise on application build and functionality.
• Evaluate business processes to design efficient system solutions.
• Gather requirements and update configuration workbooks for new designs.
• Develop solutions using Oracle HCM functionalities per business needs.
