Corning seeks a Senior Product Development Engineer (Optical Hardware) to drive new product design in global project teams. You will adapt existing products to meet customer needs and guide the full development cycle from concept through validation to production.

The role requires 5 years of design experience, strong Creo skills, and fluency in English and Polish with Chinese as an advantage. Expect collaborative work across departments and potential participation in patent activities.

Qualificações

• Requires higher education in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• 5 years of experience in product design and development.
• Fluent English and Polish; Chinese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the design of new products within international project teams.
• Adapt existing products to meet customer requirements.
• Participate in the full product development cycle from definition to validation and implementation.
• Model and simulate proposed solutions.
• Create technical documentation (3D and 2D).
• Introduce new products into manufacturing processes.
• Report project status per organizational requirements.
• Create technical reports and generate patent applications.
• Present solutions to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with other departments and support other project teams.
• Coordinate tests for full product qualification.
