Scale-X Solutions is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to serve as the operational leader for a remote staffing and outsourcing business serving Australian clients. You will oversee client relationships, guide Virtual Assistants, and drive the broader management team toward company goals.

The role requires a proven track record in operations and account management, strong leadership, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Operations Management experience in BPO/outsourcing/remote staffing.
• Strong sales background required.
• Experience in both Operations Management and Account Management.
• Proven success managing multiple clients and large teams.
• Strong leadership to inspire, motivate and develop people.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Scale-X Solutions.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple Virtual Assistants and management team members for optimal performance.
• Drive operational excellence through systems, processes, and workflows.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, targets, and service standards.
• Coach and develop leaders across the organization.
• Collaborate with directors to execute strategic initiatives.
• Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
• Identify growth, efficiency, and scalability opportunities.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
