HIBERUS POLAND SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ is seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Developer / Technical Lead to drive development, maintenance, and architectural direction of an Odoo Enterprise-based solution in Warsaw. You will shape modular architecture, data models, and business logic following SOLID and Odoo best practices, and mentor the development team.

• Experience in technical project leadership and coding quality reviews.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Developer / Technical Lead who will be responsible for the development, maintenance and technical management of an Odoo Enterprise-based solution. The person in this role will have a real influence on the system’s architecture, development standards and the way in which integrations with external services are implemented.

Experience required

• Very good knowledge of Python and the Odoo Enterprise framework, ideally backed by experience in delivering and maintaining production-ready Odoo implementations.
• Ability to design modular architecture, data models and business logic in accordance with SOLID principles and Odoo best practices.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, including data security through encryption of transmission, stored data, selected fields (FLE) and backups.
• Experience in integrating Odoo with external systems, including Keycloak, External KMS and Fireblocks.
• Knowledge of the Odoo front-end layer and reporting mechanisms.
• Ability to manage a project from a technical perspective: making architectural decisions, planning work, conducting code reviews, defining standards and mentoring the development team.
