Job summary

Team Connect Sp. z o.o is seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant for Poland, with remote/hybrid work options.

You will lead workshops, gather requirements, and configure Odoo modules to match client needs, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and Projects; ensure Polish tax rules are implemented and data migration is supported. This role requires fluent Polish and at least two Odoo implementations in Poland; B2B cooperation and independent client communication are

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Odoo implementations in Poland taken to go-live in a functional role
• Odoo 17 or newer; knowledge of Odoo 19 is a plus
• Modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Projects. Hands-on multi-company experience
• Polish financial and tax realities in ERP: KSeF, JPK_V7, VAT registers and rates
• Warehouse logistics: multiple warehouses, barcodes, receipts and issues
• Ability to independently run workshops and talk to client management
• Fluent Polish, English at B2 level
• Own business (B2B)

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with clients to gather requirements and document agreements
• Defend scope boundaries and ensure the configured system matches client expectations
• Configure Odoo across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and Projects modules
• Coordinate data migration from the current ERP and interface with external accounting
• Provide training and hypercare support after go-live

is a Polish nearshore and offshore IT services provider. Since 2008 we have been building and developing software for our clients.

We specialise in Agile and DevOps-based software development, from analysis through to deployment. We build backend, frontend and mobile applications.

Ongoing recruitment: Odoo Functional Consultant

Location: Poland (remote/hybrid) | Cooperation: B2B

You will be the functional consultant and the face of the project for the client. You will lead workshops, gather requirements, document agreements, defend scope boundaries, and be accountable for the configured system doing what the client agreed to. You will not be working behind our PM.

Scope

• Pre-implementation analysis and specification for three processes: sales, logistics, and the interface with an external accounting office
• Odoo configuration: Sales, Purchase, Inventory (barcodes, multiple warehouses), Accounting for sales and purchase invoices, Projects, multi-company
• Polish requirements: KSeF (via a partner module, not native Odoo), JPK, VAT, bank statements, export to the accounting office. Full bookkeeping is not run in Odoo; the client's accounting is external, we build the interface
• Data migration from the current ERP: records, contacts, stock levels
• Functional-side CRM integration: field mapping, sync rules
• Workshops and user training, hypercare support

Must have

• Warehouse logistics: multiple warehouses, barcodes, receipts and issues, direct-to-client deliveries alongside warehouse deliveries
• Ability to independently run workshops and talk to client management
• Fluent Polish, English at B2 level
• Own business (B2B)

Good to have

• Odoo Functional certification
• Migration experience from a Polish ERP: Comarch, Symfonia, Subiekt, Vendo
• Ability to read and make minor modifications to modules in Python; not looking for a developer, but someone who knows where configuration ends
• Contribution to the Polish Odoo localisation (OCA l10n-poland)
• Product configurators, e.g. pCon
