Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and building large-scale distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Elixir, or Go.
• Strong understanding of observability with metrics, logs, and traces.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, OLAP databases, or event-driven architectures.
• Cloud-native experience with AWS or GCP and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and implement observability end-to-end across the stack.
• Collaborate with Core Infrastructure, Platform and Developer Tools teams.
• Use analytics engines and vendor tools to predict incidents and enable fast resolution.
• Leverage AI agents during troubleshooting to improve diagnostics.
• Build a platform identifying leading indicators and correlating signals.
