Tealium is seeking a Senior or Staff Observability/SRE Engineer to implement its observability strategy across customer-facing products, AI features, platform services, and internal systems. This role emphasizes ownership, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making to build robust reliability and cost controls.

You will work with SRE, MLOps, data engineering, security, and product teams to deploy AI observability for Bedrock and agentic workflows, ensuring trustworthy and scalable

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Site Reliability, Observability, or Platform Engineering supporting 24x7x365 production systems.
• Deep experience with OpenTelemetry and platforms like Datadog, Sumo Logic, Prometheus, or Grafana for telemetry, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Hands-on experience instrumenting AI/ML or GenAI systems, including model invocation, prompts, retrieval, tool use, and evaluation.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end observability design across Tealium products, platform services, data pipelines, and internal tools.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to define SLOs, error budgets, and production-readiness requirements.
• Architect AI observability solutions for Bedrock and agentic workflows, tracking model usage, latency, token metrics, and cost attribution.
• Establish end-to-end traceability with privacy and security controls.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, runbooks, and operating views for rapid incident diagnosis.
