Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Observability, to lead scalable, reliable observable systems across global data centres. You will own monitoring, alerting, and automation, guiding engineers on reliability best practices and incident analyses.

You will mentor teams, manage production clusters, and help standardize deployment practices while advancing a high-performance, secure observability platform for enterprise-scale AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or related field.
• Deep technical expertise in observability pillars (logging, metrics, tracing).
• Advanced expertise in Kubernetes, containers, and microservices at scale.

Responsibilities

• Leading efforts to build, maintain, and optimise scalable observability systems.
• Scale core logging, tracing, and metrics platforms to support expanding data-centre footprint.
• Develop monitoring and alerting frameworks and automate interactions with compute infrastructure.
