Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking Senior Software Engineers focused on Observability to design, build, and operate scalable logging, metrics, and tracing platforms. You will work on high-throughput telemetry pipelines, address extreme-scale challenges, and collaborate with multiple engineering teams to embed observability as a product.

The role emphasizes production-grade code in Go or Python, Kubernetes in production, and a platform mindset that drives reliability and innovation in AI workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering in production
• Proficient in Go or Python with production-grade code
• Hands-on Kubernetes in production, containerization and microservices
• Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems
• Ability to analyze and decompose complex elastic architectures into manageable work
• Familiarity with Helm and YAML for deploying services

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own core observability infrastructure (logging, metrics, tracing)
• Develop and operate high-throughput telemetry pipelines
• Ensure reliability, security, and data migrations for platform consumers
• Improve performance, security, reliability, and scalability of observability services
• Participate in on-call rotations for production systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to embed observability best practices
