Job summary

Ricoh Business Services Poland is seeking an experienced network and security engineer to join a global leader in digital services. You will operate and support network security infrastructure in a data center environment, manage incidents and changes, and provide 24/7 support in an on-call rotation.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise networking/security, hands-on experience with Juniper SRX, Fortinet, and F5, plus strong TCP/IP, routing, and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise network/security engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Juniper SRX, Fortinet Firewall/Proxy, and F5 LTM.
• TCP/IP, routing & switching in data center or service provider environments.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, authentication systems, and load balancing.
• Fluent English and ability to work in international teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support network security infrastructure in a data center environment.
• Handle incidents, changes, and service requests in line with SLAs.
• Provide 24/7 support (on-call rotation: 1 week per month).
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Convert high-level designs into technical configurations.
• Manage vendor communication and escalations.
• Maintain high standards of documentation, approvals, and processes.
