Ricoh is seeking a seasoned network/security engineer to support our data center security infrastructure. You will tackle incidents, changes, and service requests within SLAs while providing 24/7 on-call coverage in a multinational, collaborative setting.

Required are 8+ years in enterprise network/security, hands-on Juniper/SRX, Fortinet and F5 experience, plus strong TCP/IP, VPN, and authentication skills. English fluency is essential in this global team.

• 8+ years of experience in network/security engineering (enterprise environments).
• Strong hands-on experience with Juniper SRX, Fortinet Firewalls & Proxy, F5 LTM (cloud/WAF exposure).
• TCP/IP, routing & switching in data center/service provider environments.
• Firewalls, VPNs, authentication systems, load balancing.
• Fluent English and ability to work in international teams.

What you will be doing

• Operate and support network security infrastructure in a data center environment
• Handle incidents, changes, and service requests in line with SLAs
• Provide 24/ 7 support (on‑call rotation: 1 week per month)
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring
• Convert high‑level designs into technical configurations
• Manage vendor communication and escalations
• Maintain high standards of documentation, approvals, and processes

You will ideally have

• 8+ years of experience in network/security engineering (enterprise environments)
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
  Juniper (SRX)
  Fortinet (Firewalls & Proxy)
  F5 (LTM, preferably with cloud/WAF exposure)
• TCP/IP, routing & switching (data center / service provider environments)
• Firewalls, VPNs, authentication systems, load balancing
• Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting mindset
• Palo Alto, Cisco, CheckPoint, Arista, Meinberg
• Fluent English and ability to work in international teams
