Job summary

Signify in Piła, Poland, is seeking a Networking & Security Specialist to join the Global Network Services team on-site. You will design, implement, secure, and optimize critical networking infrastructure across a global enterprise, collaborating with IT, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.

The role covers LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, firewalls, SSE, ZTNA, WAF, and cloud platforms. A 5+ year track record with Cisco/Fortinet/Palo Alto and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
• 5+ years of enterprise networking experience
• Hands-on routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP, IPAM
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cloudflare, Aruba, Meraki, VMware SD-WAN
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise networking technologies including LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, SD-WAN, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM
• Administer and enhance network security services including firewalls, SSE, ZTNA, WAF, CDN, and Cloudflare platforms
• Support global connectivity across offices, manufacturing sites, data centers, cloud environments, and remote users
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex network and security incidents
• Partner with global IT, cybersecurity, vendors, and stakeholders to modernize infrastructure through automation
