Job summary

The candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on network experience, strong Cisco/Arista skills, and readiness to travel 1–2 times per year. Incentive pay may be available based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years' hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting networks.
• Experience in a complex, global engineering and manufacturing organization.
• High level of understanding in network, telecom and firewall fields.
• Willingness to travel once or twice a year for projects or team events.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents from the network operations ticketing queue.
• Perform vulnerability remediations.
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure.
• Support network monitoring and performance optimization.
• Assist in responding to priority incidents.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on network improvement projects.
• Ensure redundancy and disaster recovery configurations are in place.
• Perform other tasks as prioritized by the Network Services Manager.
