Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT engineering or related field.
• 5+ years' hands-on network support and troubleshooting.
• Experience in global engineering and manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of network, telecom and firewall domains.
• Willingness to travel once or twice a year.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents from the network operations ticketing queue.
• Perform vulnerability remediation and security hardening.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and optimize.
• Respond to priority incidents and assist with disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on network improvement projects.
• Assist in implementing network automation.
• Ensure redundancy and coaching for the team.
• Support tasks as prioritized by the Network Services Manager.
