Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Software Engineer 2 for a remote role based in Poland, with an optional base in Lublin. You will join a growing engineering team to build secure, high-quality software for the Pharmaceutical TMF domain, using .NET/C#, REST services, and modern UI tech.

You will mentor juniors and contribute to design and quality standards. You will work with AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude, collaborate with testers and DevOps, and help shape solutions in a fast-moving,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with .NET/C# and REST services.
• Familiarity with SQL Server / Azure SQL / MySQL.
• Exposure to web UI development such as React, Angular or jQuery.
• Confidence using AI-assisted coding tools with a critical eye on output quality and security.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Fixing moderately complex bugs in familiar code and tackling basic issues in unfamiliar code.
• Building new functionality independently with architectural guidance where needed.
• Developing with .NET and C#, applying SOLID principles, design patterns and dependency injection.
• Writing reliable unit tests and contributing to strong engineering quality standards.
• Using AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency while reviewing code for quality, security and correctness.
• Collaborating with testers and DevOps, contributing to sprint planning, and helping solve root-cause issues.
• Mentoring more junior developers and supporting high coding standards across the team.
• Building knowledge of the Pharmaceutical TMF domain and applying it in real solutions for clients.
