Job summary

HelloFresh in Warsaw, within the HelloTech organization, is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to own and evolve our mobile app tracking architecture. You’ll work primarily on Android (Kotlin) and React Native, with opportunities to contribute to iOS and web as needed.

AI tools like Claude and Copilot will be part of daily work, shaping efficient, data‑driven product decisions. You will partner with product, software and data engineers to advance our tracking, telemetry, and experimentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile engineering experience with strong native depth.
• Experience across Android and cross‑platform mobile tech.
• Familiarity with iOS (Swift) and web frontend is a plus.
• Experience with AI tooling and GPT workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration and evolution of tracking and experimentation SDKs across Android native and React Native layers.
• Solve native mobile telemetry challenges and optimize performance.
• Embed AI-driven workflows into platform tooling to increase automation.
• Drive robust automated testing and high‑quality release practices.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to ship solutions that move the needle.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards.
• Own metrics for mobile quality (retention, crash‑free sessions, conversions).
• Operate and monitor your system in production and iterate post‑ship.
