Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Machine Learning role.
• Strong Python, PyTorch/JAX skills and GPU-based training systems.
• Experience building production-grade ML systems used in real environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the core machine learning systems driving a proactive AI platform.
• Take complete end-to-end ownership of projects from data curation to deployment.
• Translate research concepts into robust, production-ready systems.
• Use live signals to troubleshoot model anomalies and bottlenecks.
• Drive fast-paced development cycles, analyze real-world metrics, and iterate.
• Collaborate with research, engineering, and product teams to deliver user value.
• Mentor engineers, conduct reviews, and set high technical standards.
