Job summary

Jit Team Kraków is seeking a skilled ML Engineer to join a team developing and maintaining advanced ML solutions used to support key business processes in a rapidly growing Polish logistics and fintech context.

You will work with Python, scikit-learn and PyTorch or TensorFlow, develop and deploy production-grade models, manage the ML lifecycle from data prep to monitoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across offices in Poland and Krakow.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python and ML model development.
• Hands-on with scikit-learn and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data processing at scale.
• Experience working with Spark and/or Databricks.
• Practical knowledge of MLflow and the ML model lifecycle.
• Experience building production-grade ML solutions.
• Good understanding of model explainability techniques (SHAP, LIME).
• Experience with model monitoring and validation metrics (PSI, Gini, KS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ML solutions at scale.

• Monitor and optimize production models and dashboards.
