Qualifications

• Experience owning the full Data Science lifecycle in production, not just prototyping.
• Strong data fluency with modern data tools and emphasis on data quality.
• Proficient Python in production-grade systems and ML model serving.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) and ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ML lifecycle from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.
• Lead design decisions for ML components balancing technical and business needs.
• Collaborate across data scientists and software engineers as a cross-craft unit.
• Investigate production issues, drive data-driven improvements, and scale features.
