Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design for automotive lighting products on-site in Chrzanów. You will own design activities, coordinate technical decisions, and drive development from design freeze through industrialization, collaborating with international teams to ensure successful project execution.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive mechanical development, strong materials and physics knowledge, and hands-on DV and testing experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical product development within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience leading development activities from concept through industrialization, particularly in automotive lighting products.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials engineering, and physics fundamentals relevant to product design.
• Hands-on experience with design validation and product testing processes, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities and work independently, taking ownership of technical decisions.
• Fluent English communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with international teams.

Responsibilities
