Job summary

JoVE is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist with hands-on HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Analytics 4 expertise to own and improve our marketing operations. This role combines email marketing, marketing automation, CRM/database management, and marketing analytics to ensure our campaigns are delivered efficiently, reach the right audiences, and generate measurable business results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations.
• Hands-on HubSpot, Salesforce and GA4 capabilities.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into reliable segmentation and journeys.
• Strong data quality controls and reporting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated lifecycle journeys with triggers and handoffs.
• Perform QA to ensure campaigns are error-free and deliverable.
• Diagnose delivery, inbox placement, engagement, and sender reputation.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests with clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Maintain and improve marketing database with enrichment and validation.
• Own data-quality monitoring and CRM definitions with cross-functional partners.
• Build dashboards across Salesforce, HubSpot, and GA4.
• Track KPIs, pipeline contribution and ROI; provide actionable insights.
• Develop and validate lead/account scoring and refine with Sales feedback.
• Evaluate tools including AI to expand marketing capabilities and adoption.
