Job summary

Sabre Polska Sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking an experienced team leader to manage Level 1 support for Sabre Agency Workspace and related applications. You will coach and mentor the team, drive stability and performance against KPIs.

The role requires strong English communication, knowledge of the travel industry, and the ability to lead multiple projects in a matrixed, global environment. Hybrid work: 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Must have prior people management/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Travel Industry and Sabre GDS preferred but not required.
• Ability to foster and motivate a positive, engaged team environment.
• Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong time-management and prioritisation skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team providing Level 1 holistic support for Sabre Agency Workspace and related applications.
• Coach, develop and mentor team to ensure stability and high performance.
• Manage solution performance metrics against pre-defined KPIs.
• Identify operational trends and implement preventive measures.
• Achieve departmental goals, objectives and KPIs.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet objectives and improve efficiency.
• Plan processes to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Assess staffing needs based on demand and project load.
• Oversee large, complex projects and provide clear direction to stakeholders.
• Interface with customers and partners in a matrixed, global environment.
• Escalate and manage high-impact incidents and backlog.
