Sabre Corporation Kraków is seeking a Supervisor for Product Support to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering 24/7 travel agency support for Sabre solutions in a high-availability environment. You will coach and develop staff, monitor KPIs, and drive service improvements across global offices.

The role requires prior people management experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with Sabre GDS or the travel industry. Hybrid work offers 3 days in office and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Prior people management/supervisory experience required.
• Leadership experience in customer support field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of analysts and specialists delivering 24/7 support for Sabre solutions in a high-availability environment.
• Coach, develop and mentor team members to ensure stability and service quality.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and drive improvements across operations.
• Coordinate with human resources and recruitment to staff and backfill as needed.
