Sabre Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design and evolve deployment automation and CI/CD platforms within a cloud-native environment.

You will work with GCP, Kubernetes, and observability tooling to ensure reliable, scalable services across Desktop, Web, and Mobile platforms. The role emphasizes automation, incident response, and cross-team collaboration in Kraków.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized deployments.
• Experience with Terraform, GitHub, and GitHub Actions for infrastructure management and CI/CD automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills with a passion for automation and operational excellence.
• Programming and scripting experience in Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and continuously improve deployment automation and CI/CD platforms for fast, reliable software delivery.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform using Infrastructure as Code and automation-first principles.
• Build and enhance observability capabilities, including monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, SLI/SLO definitions, and reliability reporting.
• Partner with Software Engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, security, and operational readiness across Kubernetes-based environments.
• Drive operational excellence through incident response, root cause analysis, reliability improvements, capacity planning, and proactive automation initiatives.

Join the Site Reliability Engineering team supporting Sabre Mosaic Agency Workspace, the primary access point to Sabre services and third-party solutions for travel agencies worldwide. Our mission is to enable reliable, scalable, and secure delivery of rich content and automation capabilities across Desktop, Web, and Mobile platforms. This role is critical to accelerating engineering productivity through deployment automation, CI/CD excellence, cloud infrastructure management, and observability. What you'll do?
