Job summary

Takeda seeks a Senior Manager to join the R&D Asset Transition & Integration Office (RATIO) in Warsaw, Poland. The role leads and/or coordinates complex R&D asset transitions, ensuring compliant delivery across multiple functions and external partners.

You will bridge science, operations, and strategy, bringing structure to transitions while upholding the highest quality and data integrity standards in a highly matrixed global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field.
• Advanced degree welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support selective R&D asset transitions (wind-downs/terminations) with defined scope and timelines.
• Translate license agreements, transition plans and post-term commitments into executable workplans with owners and dates.
• Coordinate delivery across Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Operations, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nonclinical, Quality, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Data & Technology.
• Manage study closeout, sample and material disposition, regulatory withdrawal, trial transparency obligations, and financial reconciliation.
