Woodward Poland Sp.zo.o is seeking an Engineering Manager – Industrialization to lead a team of Operations and Manufacturing engineers and drive test-process excellence in a high-mix, low-volume setting. You will develop production processes, manage capital plans, and push continuous improvement while ensuring quality and productivity. This role emphasizes leadership, Lean/Six Sigma expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing engineering.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience.
• Master’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or similar.
• Experience with electronics controllers and electromechanical actuators assembly and test in industrial/aero environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a staff of manufacturing engineers.
• Develop, improve, and validate production processes using LEAN and Design for Manufacturing principles.
• Create and drive capital plans and continuous improvement activities to boost productivity.
• Plan and manage department budget and resources.
• Support customers and suppliers on process-related matters to meet organizational needs.

About The Role:We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager – Industrialization to lead a team of Operations and Manufacturing engineers and drive operational excellence in test processes.
