Woodward Poland is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to develop, optimize and support MRO processes, focusing on lean production, documentation, and continuous improvement.

You will lead lean initiatives, work with production and suppliers, apply modern technologies, and mentor staff. This role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, knowledge of AS 9100/Part 145, CAD experience, and fluent English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with AS 9100 and Part 145 standards.
• Experience using CAD software.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Preferably a mechanical engineering degree.

About the role

We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Operations Engineer. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting MRO processes, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

What you will do

What you will need

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
• Significant understanding of manufacturing processes in industrial and aero environment
• Working experience with AS 9100 standards and Part 145
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Experience using CAD software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Fluent English and Polish
• Preferred education: mechanical engineering
