Wymagane co najmniej 5 lat doświadczenia w produkcji lub inżynierii przemysłowej, znajomość AS 9100 i Part 145, znajomość Lean Manufacturing, CAD oraz biegła komunikacja po angielsku i po polsku.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in aero/industrial environments.
• Experience with AS 9100 standards and Part 145.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience using CAD software.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain process documentation, layouts, time-studies.
• Initiate continuous improvement activities to boost productivity (assembly and test).
