Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in electronics or related.
• 4+ years of experience in electronics engineering.
• Proven experience in complex analog and digital circuit design.
• Knowledge of quality standards and DO-254/DO-178 and ISO-26262 appreciated.
• Strong teamwork and communication; fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Collect technical requirements from customers (OEMs, aircraft manufacturers).
• Guide cross‑functional teams in diagnosing and addressing complex technical issues.
• Participate in technical meetings with customers, preparing presentations on product functionality and integration.
• Develop and perform functional and integration tests; support product qualification.
