Woodward Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to develop, optimize, and support manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

You will lead lean production initiatives, create and maintain process documentation, and train production staff. You will also support customers and suppliers, applying modern technology in operations to drive performance and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Significant understanding of manufacturing processes in industrial and aero environment.
• Experience with AS 9100 standards.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience using CAD software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Fluent English and Polish.
