• Strengthen internal controls, monitor SOX, and remediate audit findings.
• Review segregation of duties, suggest role/access changes and mitigating controls.
• Develop and promote financial policies and standard practices across the organization.
• Lead complex controllership initiatives and drive timely resolutions.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements across controllership functions.
• Monitor BlackLine and Workiva usage to enhance controls and insights.
