Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with 8+ years in accounting, finance, or internal controls.
• Strong understanding of controls and SOX compliance.
• Technically strong IFRS accounting and finance skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving with pragmatic, implementable solutions.
• Process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with international/global teams.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality controllership activities across entities, business units, and functions while ensuring consistent execution and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Provide oversight and review of financial statements to support accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards; lead root cause analysis.
• Oversee timely P&L and Balance Sheet analysis, challenge unusual movements, identify drivers and follow-up actions.
• Strengthen internal controls and support SOX compliance by monitoring effectiveness and driving remediation.
• Oversee review/resolution of segregation of duties conflicts; propose role changes and mitigating controls.
• Contribute to financial policies, procedures and standards, promoting consistent application.
• Lead complex controllership initiatives applying sound judgement and cross-functional coordination.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation to improve controls and efficiency.
• Monitor BlackLine and Workiva to support compliance, accuracy, and expand functionality.
