Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a M&A Consultant / Senior Consultant to join the Operations team in Katowice/Wrocław. You will define approach, shape solutions, and guide execution across transactions and transformation initiatives.

You will assess operational performance, develop business cases, and coordinate workstreams with senior stakeholders, aiming to unlock value and drive efficiency in client operations.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in operational consulting or related fields.
• Experience in building business cases and evaluating KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operations workstreams across transformations and M&A transactions.
• Assess operational performance, risks and value creation opportunities.
• Evaluate Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, Operations, and Corporate Functions for synergies.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and value creation initiatives.
• Coordinate project workstreams and client stakeholder relationships.
• Create high-quality client deliverables and steering materials.
• Translate business needs into operational improvement initiatives.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance analysis and delivery.
